Encore Boston Harbor

The Encore Boston Harbor Resort & Casino lies on a 33-acre parcel of rehabilitated land in Everett, Massachusetts previously used as a chemical plant. The 27-floor resort is the largest, private, single-phase development in the state and has generated thousands of jobs for the region. The resort features a modern hotel housing more than 670 luxe rooms, a 210,000 sq. ft. casino, 37,000 sq. ft. ballroom, conference/convention spaces, a variety of fine dining and casual restaurants, retail shops, and a spa. In December 2019, the U.S. Green Building Council certified the building as LEED Platinum.
